Delivery

UK Delivery - We currently offer 2 services - Royal Mail 2nd class signed for £4.95 where you should expect your item between 3-5 working days after your order and a UPS / DHL 2 day service for £6.95 - your order will be sent out the day after delivery and should be with you the day after dispatch.

Scottish Highlands and Islands, NI Delivery - These areas may incur additional charges.

Europe Delivery - We continue to offer this service and at the moment will continue with the flat fee of £10.00. We cannot take responsibility for any custom charges, if applicable and advise researching if these charges are applicable to your country as you will be responsible for settling this cost.

Free Shipping - We wish we could offer this service however as a small business we cannot absorb much more than we do already for packaging and the shipping service. Prices increase year on year with our courier partners but we will try our very best to keep the cost to you to a minimum.

We will advise of all tracking numbers by email.

Please Note - We cannot take no responsibility for items left in a safe place or with a neighbour. 

 

Returns

If you decide that a product purchased from Travelling Light is no longer required please email Nicolas at hello@travellinglightstore.com

We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging - once inspected at our address we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item/s and a decision on whether a refund will be issued. If the refund is approved we will process payment within 2 working days of it reaching us at our address and please allow 7 days for a refund to appear on your account. 

Sale items and perishable goods (food) unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Please ensure you obtain proof of posting/courier details. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage. If you change your mind and wish to cancel or return the order, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs to us - this does not affect your statutory rights - if you receive a refund the cost of shipping from the original order will be deducted from the refund.

If any product reaches you in less than perfect condition, please notify us by email within 5 working days - hello@travellinglight.store
